House Rules
“Leave no trace.”
Out of respect for the land and buildings, and courtesy to the others staying after you, we ask that you please leave no trace, and everything just as you found it.
Cleaning & consumables
Restocking: if you were the last to use anything in the house — olive oil, coffee beans, paper towels, propane — please replace it. If you don’t have a chance, please leave funds and a note so the next guest knows to replace it.
Pets
No visiting or non-family pets, unless they’re service animals or okayed ahead of time by the family.
Noise & neighbors
Please be respectful of our neighbors, and be mindful that sound carries across the lake. Typical quiet hours on Sebago Lake are 10 pm – 7 am.
Smoking & vaping
There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
